Remove the strip from the pouch and cut it in half along the center line. This gives you a top strip and a bottom strip sized for your upper and lower teeth.

Gently stretch each half slightly before applying. This helps it mold to the shape of your teeth and prevents slipping.

Place the strip against your teeth, gel-side down, starting at the gum line. Press firmly and smooth outward to remove air bubbles and secure the fit.
